What makes me different?


I believe that utility and necessity can be meaningful and refined. When I harness that beauty and tell a story with a graphic, I have achieved my goal.

I approach design from a unique perspective, cultivated from years in the art community, both personally and professionally. There's a common thread that binds every profession, community, individual and product, and that same thread colors what we all see as dynamic design.

The common thread is story.

I believe that crafting an impactful and timeless name, logo, mast-head or layout is a matter of listening to the story of each brand, business or individual and translating story into form and image. By listening and understanding those stories, we gain far more knowledge and material than a questionnaire or form can give us. When a story is fully realized, the taste or dynamic of an objective is realized, and it becomes possible to condense that feeling into something so powerful that it can’t be forgotten or erased.


Every story is special. Every taste is different. Every brand is unique.


Through my experience, I have garnered a love and respect for working with people to transform their ideas into beautiful words, images and brands. I have a deft and open mind for reading people and communicating with them effectively. This is where my super-skill synesthesia kicks in. Really.

Through experiences in social media marketing, graphic design, and customer service, I believe I have the ability to work for a company of like-minded people to help produce results and relationships that will stand the test of time.

Design became my focus after witnessing the power of the story and beauty behind one plate of food, the gravitas that a single word can have, or the impact that a block of color can have on mood or perspective. I can’t wait to work with you.
